Export your data or delete your workspace (UK GDPR)

Your data is yours. The two UK GDPR rights that matter most day-to-day — portability (Article 20) and erasure (Article 17) — are self-service. For any other request (access, rectification, restriction, objection), contact us and we respond within one month; if you're ever unhappy with the answer you can complain to the ICO.

Export everything

Settings → Security & data → Export workspace data starts a background job that assembles a complete archive: processes, opportunities, automations and their versions, agent runs, the savings ledger, audit log, members and settings — as JSON plus CSV for the tabular data. You'll get a notification with a download link when it's ready (minutes for most workspaces).

Exports are themselves audited, and only Owners and Admins can trigger them.

Delete the workspace

Settings → Security & data → Delete workspace (Owner only) requires typing the workspace name and re-confirming your session.

What happens next:

1. The workspace suspends immediately — nobody can sign in.
2. A 30-day grace period begins. Changed your mind? Any Owner can restore it.
3. After 30 days: hard deletion of all rows, derived data (embeddings, metrics), stored files, and the workspace's encryption keys. Ciphertext without keys is gone even from backups as they rotate out.

Individual requests

A member leaving the company? Deactivating them removes access instantly. For personal-data requests beyond that (e.g. erasure of a specific person's PII inside signals), contact support — we complete verified requests within 30 days.
