Invite your team and set roles
The five roles, what each can do, and how to invite members safely.
Updated Aug 3, 2026
ProcessTwin uses role-based access control. Every action in the product — and every API call — is checked against the member's role.
The five roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and workspace deletion |
| Admin | Manage connectors, agents, members and settings |
| Manager | Edit processes, opportunities and automations |
| Analyst | Read everything, work with opportunities |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Inviting members
Workspace owners and admins invite teammates by work email and assign each a role. Invitations expire if unused, and can be revoked at any time.
Sensible defaults:
- Executives who just want dashboards → Viewer
- Ops people running the automation program → Manager
- Only people who should touch connectors and agent guardrails → Admin
Least privilege, honestly
Start everyone lower than you think they need — upgrading later is one click, and the audit log records every role change. Controls a member can't use appear disabled with a tooltip explaining which role is required, so nobody wonders whether something is broken.
