Start an agent from the template gallery
Deploy a prebuilt digital worker instead of building one from scratch.

You don't have to design a digital worker from a blank canvas. The template gallery (Automations → Templates) has a starter for each agent type — email triage, invoice routing, customer support, reporting and more.
How it works
- Go to Automations → Templates and pick a template that matches the opportunity you want to automate.
- Create a worker from it — it arrives pre-configured with sensible tools, a starter prompt and an eval suite, in draft-only autonomy.
- Dry-run it, review the trace, then raise the autonomy when you trust it.
Good practice
Templates start conservative on purpose: draft-only, with human approval for anything external. Prove the worker on your data first, then dial up. Approving an opportunity from the board also pre-fills a matching worker, so the template and the opportunity meet in the middle.
